- →Performs budget formulation work involving preparation of detailed analyses and estimates of annual funding needs for one or more future budget years.
- →Provides financial advice on budget related matters such as types of funding available, effects of budgetary changes on related activities.
- →Performs budget execution work involving monitoring obligations incurred and resulting in expenditure of funds.
