About the Role
About the Position: Serves as on-site Budget Analyst for a complex, regional multi-million-dollar program. Program consists of Civil Works, Continuing Authorities and Operations and Maintenance. Area of responsibility includes the Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as Budget Analyst in support of Project Managers.
- →Coordinates the budgeting of assigned programs.
- →Exercises control and surveillance over funding matters to assure successful attainment of stated program objectives.
- →Maintains records of funding, obligations, and expenditures for assigned programs.
- →Using automated systems, assists Project and Program Managers in preparing 2101 funding schedules, fully funded estimates, PB-3 and PB-2a reports, and Section 902 analyses for assigned projects.
