About the Role
About the Position: This position is with Reynolds Army Health Clinic located at Fort Sill, OK. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. Salary negotiation may be available to candidates who are new to Federal service. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes.
What You'll Do
- →Interpret financial management and budget regulations and advises on local implementing instructions.
- →Review and analyze submitted estimates for effectiveness of the immediate and projected operating budget.
- →Analyze budget estimates and advise operating officials of trends, deficiencies, and potential unfunded requirements and the probable or potential impact on the current and subsequent operations and operating budgets.
- →Assesses the cost of implementing new programs and policies and develops budget strategies for implementation consistent with project funding and with the current command strategic plan, and balanced scorecard goals and ideals.
- →Assure the integrity and accuracy of the financial accounting system by assisting with necessary reviews of reports, evaluating the outcome of key transactions and monitoring resource consumption rates.
