What You'll Do
- →Participate in the formulation of budget estimates and financial/budget reports.
- →Analyze and coordinate with the Chief, Program and Budget, the guidance from higher headquarters to determine applicability to designated portions of the budget.
- →Analyze activity plans for overall realism or projections and proper balance and relationship of resources within selected areas.
- →Perform analyses and establishes targets/goals for selected program elements based on guidance from higher headquarters, supervisor, executive program and budget activity committee and historical data.
- →Review financial reports identifying and analyzing deviations from program.
- →Identifies problems, communicates with Program Directors, Resource Advisors and Department Chiefs, and compiles status of funds using various sources of financial data.
- →Prepare a variety of financial reports covering status of funds, expenses, reimbursements and obligations.
