About the Role
About the Position: Serves as a Budget Analyst for Tripler Army Medical Center, Directorate of Resource Management. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation.
What You'll Do
- →Perform a variety of budgetary and administrative functions in implementing the organization's budgetary programs, policies, and procedures.
- →Develop and formulate the segment of Tripler Army Medical Center’s (TAMC) budget request for the upcoming fiscal year.
- →Perform analysis of budget requests by using comparative historical data exported from the General Fund Business Enterprise System (GFEBS) to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- →Monitor the use and rate of expenditure of budgeted funds through ongoing dialogue with TAMC department chiefs, review of electronic financial documents, and examination of accounting records.
- →Assist the Budget Officer in preparing briefings and in mentoring and coaching junior team members in their daily budget execution functions.
- →Maintain a proper fund control program by adhering to and tracking all assigned allotments and annual funding programs for assigned accounts.
