About the Role
About the Position: Serves as a Budget Analyst responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing the Medical Treatment Facility's Operations and Maintenance budget. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Serves as the point of contact for daily budget issues and as a liaison for program managers.
- →Tracks and analyzes the usage of various funding sources to ensure efficient program support.
- →Performs budget formulation by reviewing and preparing annual and multi-year budget estimates.
- →Analyzes budget requests from organizational activities for consistency, accuracy, and adherence to instructions.
- →Monitors and reviews obligations and expenditures to identify trends and ensure alignment with work plans.
- →Prepares and executes funding adjustments to cover shortfalls or unanticipated expenses.
- →Provides advice and guidance to program managers on budgeting, funding, and financial matters.
- →Uses automated systems to perform quality assurance, generate reports, and analyze budget information.
