About the Role
This position services as a Budget Analyst at the Crow Service Unit, Division of Financial Management of Indian Health Service, Billings Area Office, performing routine budgetary and administrative functions in formulating, presenting, executing and implementing fund control of the Service Unit buget. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021).
What You'll Do
- →Researches, compiles and summarizes a variety of narrative information and statistical data needed for formulation of budget estimates and miscellaneous analytical reports using both manual and computer methods.
- →Prepares necessary computer reports and analysis to arrive at the status of funds for each organizational component and program.
- →Establishes and maintains records for annual multi-year, no-year appropriations recurring and non-recurring funding for all categorical activities.
- →Coordinates, prepares and distributes recurring and non recurring Operating Plan authority to all organizational components and programs.
Requirements

- ✓Background Investigation Requirement: This position requires the successful completion of a federal background investigation as a condition of employment.

- ✓Upon receipt of instructions, applicants must complete all required background investigation forms within five (5) calendar days of issuance.
