About the Role
This position is being recruited under 10 USC 1599f into the Cyber Excepted Service and does NOT convey eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. It has been identified as a position necessary to carry out and support the mission supports the White House Situation Support Staff (WHSSS). It is in the Professional Work Category at the full performance Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure. It is located in the DISA - WHITE HOUSE SITUATION SUPPORT STAFF .
What You'll Do
- →Provides expert-level application of the federal budget process to include the formulation, execution, justification, and presentation for Department of War programs.
- →Develops acquisition requirements packages, such as independent government cost estimates, market research reports, justifications and approvals, performance work statements and statements of work.
- →Serve as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to include monitoring contractor performance, validating receipt/acceptance, reviewing invoices, tracking deliverables, and maintaining COR files.
- →Represent the organization at the highest levels while coordinating with senior officials.
- →Ensure compliance with contract terms and government surveillance plans.
Requirements
- ✓There is no substitution of education for the qualifying experience at the GG-13 grade level.
