What You'll Do
- →Serves as senior Budget Analyst within the Budget Division, Headquarters, Financial and Business Operations Directorate, Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA).
- →Responsible for the analysis of plans, programs and systems related to DCMA's reimbursable, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and Security Assistance (SA) programs.
- →Provides staff level advice and guidance to Agency Management on appropriate levels of financing and investments within the constraints of limited financial resources which will best fulfill Agency objective and strategic plans.
- →Prepares and maintains policy, processes, and internal controls regarding reimbursable/FMS/SA performance budgeting for DCMA.
- →Formulates, submits, and defends consolidated reimbursable, FMS and SA budgets.
- →Supports reimbursable/FMS/SA program management as the key budget manager for the programs.
- →Represents DCMA budget to major reimbursable/FMS/SA customers.

- ✓Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
