This position is in the Clinical Engineering Department and serves all locations at the Amarillo Veterans Affairs Health Care System(VAHCS) Amarillo, Texas. The Biomedical Equipment Support Specialist (Intensive Care Unit) provides clinical and administrative support to staff, patients, and administrators for all matters of concern relating to the facility wide lifecycle management of networks, networked medical equipment and associated systems.
What You'll Do
- →The BESS maintains networks, networked medical equipment and associated systems using established local, regional, and national policies and procedures designed to meet criteria and standards from multiple accrediting agencies and governing bodies.
- →Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm Telework: Eligible for Telework (Ad-Hoc) Virtual: This is not a virtual position.
