About the Role

This position is located at Pershing Community Center, Fort Leonard Wood, MO. **This announcement is open and continuous; closing 08/17/2026 or till position is filled. Weekly reviews and lists will be sent to management starting 21 May 2026; additional lists may be sent at management request.** Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

What You'll Do

  • Sets up bars for operation, obtains cash bank and stocks service bar.
  • Assures an adequate stock level is maintained, sets up storeroom and work area to permit easy access to stock items.
  • Keeps bar and work area clean and sanitary.
  • Prepares a limited variety of simple alcoholic beverages as requested by patrons and wait staff.
  • Skill in mixing drinks using alcoholic beverages, beer and soda.
  • Routine work performed without close supervision.
  • Records sales and makes change or prepares charge slips.
  • Applies simple arithmetic in calculating bills and making change.
  • Identifies intoxicated and unruly patrons, resolves the problem or seeks assistance.
  • Working Conditions: Work is primarily indoors.
  • Stands for prolonged periods.
  • Exposed to cuts and bruises.
  • Regularly lifts and carries items weighing up to 20 pounds.
  • Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds.
