About the Role
You will serve as an AUTOMOTIVE MECHANIC at the NAVAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING COMMAND, of NAV SCHOOL EXPLOSIVE ORDNANCE DISPOSAL located Eglin AFB, Florida
What You'll Do
- →You will troubleshoot, repair and overhaul a variety of equipment and vehicles such as automobiles, trucks, lawn mowers, forklifts, farm tractors, all terrain vehicles, bush hogs, and light ground maintenance equipment.
- →You will interpret and apply manufacturer's repair manuals and technical specifications, schematics, engineering drawings, diagnostic codes, computer printouts, and environmental and safety manuals to ensure work meets manufacturer's specifications.
- →You will maintain, repair and/or overhaul complex major components and systems, such as engines, transmissions, axle assemblies, differentials, transaxles, suspensions and other assemblies.
