What You'll Do
- →Assists the Business Manager in directing the operations and supervision of multiple food serve facilities, with up to 12 employees in different locations.
- →Sets the pace and works with employees.
- →Checks work in progress to ensure compliance with established methods.
- →Orders and receives supplies, stores and stocks supply items in all assigned facilities.
- →Completes cash reports, and makes daily deposits.
- →Responsible for cleaning, inventory, stocking and organizing each facility on a daily basis.
- →Performs food service and cashiering duties a required.
- →Maintains clean and orderly work areas.
- →Orients new employees to work situations, compliance with health and safety standards, proper use and storage of tools and equipment.
- →Provides information to workers regarding procedures, policies, written instructions and other work directives.
- →Occasionally may be required to work in any of the food service facilities when necessary.
- →Provides administrative support as needed.
- →Performs other related duties as assigned.
