About the Role

This position is located at Fort Stewart Aquatics, Fort Stewart, GA. This is a Regular Full-Time position with a minimum work week of 40 hours and eligible for benefits. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

What You'll Do

  • Serves as the Aquatics Program Manager responsible for the daily operation and supervision of aquatic fitness, training and recreational programs, personnel, and classes at aquatic facilities.
  • Manages multiple indoors and outdoors pools.
  • Provides overall supervision of the aquatic programs.
  • Establishes and reviews the Aquatic programs.
  • Establishes and reviews the Aquatic Risk Management plan for all aquatic facilities.
  • Coordinates with the MWR marketing department to publicize aquatic events.
  • Establishes and executes processes to evaluate the effectiveness of the aquatic programs.
  • Responsible for APF and NAF budget for assigned facilities and programs.
  • Develops and updates the Standard Operating Procedures for the aquatic facilities, programs and enforces policies.
  • Interviews and selects such staff and provides them with required orientation, training and management to meet all activity needs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
