About the Role

About the Position: Serves as the Antiterrorism Officer (ATO) for Garrison Antiterrorism (AT) program in support of the Force Protection (FP) mission.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinates policies governing Antiterrorism (AT) and Force Protection (FP) operations to include physical, information, operational, personal and infrastructure security.
  • Develops anti-terrorism plan validated through exercises for installation.
  • Ensures that Antiterrorism measures defined in the Unified Facilities Criteria guide are included in any new construction plans.
  • Conducts after action reviews to determine effectiveness of antiterrorism exercises.
  • Serves as the Antiterrorism Officer (ATO) for Garrison Antiterrorism (AT) program in support of the Force Protection (FP) mission.
  • When a Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and high yield Energy (CBRNE) Specialist is not assigned, directs and develops the garrison CBRNE program and coordinates CBRNE training and exercises into the overall garrison AT program
