About the Role
THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a AIRCRAFT MECHANIC SUPERVISOR (TITLE 32), Position Description Number NGD0734000 and is part of the TN 134th ARW Air National Guard. ***Current on-board applicants (AREA 1, TITLE 32 employees only) will retain current tenure and be temporarily promoted or reassigned, all others will be hired with indefinite tenure.***
What You'll Do
- →As an AIRCRAFT MECHANIC SUPERVISOR.
- →WS-8852-10 (TITLE 32), you will, plan weekly or monthly work schedules and sequence of operations.
- →Assign tasks to be performed.
- →Recommend and participate in the selection of personnel to fill vacancies.
- →Perform the non-supervisory work of the function as needed.
- →Implement regulatory safety requirements and ensures that subordinates wear appropriate safety equipment and follow pertinent safety precautions.
- →Prepare for and participates in various types of readiness evaluations, inspections, mobilization and command support exercises.
- →Perform other duties as assigned.
