The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Senior Air Reserve Technician (ART) Officer with overall supervision and management of either an Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, a Maintenance Squadron, an Equipment Maintenance Squadron or a Component
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the squadron.
- →Manages assigned maintenance resources and ensures production meets operational requirements and technical standards.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities to include personnel and position management, equal opportunity, security, and safety Represents organization with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
- →Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
- →Researches and determines or recommends appropriate actions or interpretation of issues that Impact organization, installation, command, or agency.
- →Apprises supervisors of organizational performance and issues requiring higher echelon attention.
