About the Position: Serve as an Advanced Practice Nurse (Women's Health) for the United States Army Medical Activities, Directory of Surgery, Department of Obstetrics/Gynecology, located at Camp Humphreys, Pyeongtaek, Republic of Korea. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Provide comprehensive gynecological medical care services to women across the life span from menarche to menopause, with an emphasis on reproductive, gynecologic, obstetric and well women health.
- →Perform clinical reviews, physical examinations.
- →Evaluate gynecological and obstetrical health.
- →Perform evaluative examinations such as PAP smears, sexually transmitted disease (STD) screening.
- →Provide counseling on family planning and sexual and marital issues.
- →Conduct unwanted pregnancy counseling and make referrals to appropriate agencies.
- →Educate patients on diagnosis, discusses treatment options and makes recommendations.
- →Ensure patients have information required to provide informed consent for treatment.
