About the Position: This position is located at Naval Hospital, Family Medicine Clinic, Bremerton, Washington. A recruitment or relocation incentive MAY be authorized. What You'll Do
- →Assess acute and non-acute clinical problems.
- →Communicate patient management strategies to members of the patient care team.
- →Educate patients and their families regarding healthcare processes and diagnostic tests.
- →Provide counseling to patients and their families in prevention of illness.
- →Conduct performance improvement.
