You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST (Team Lead) in the Warfighter Defense & Systems Integration Department (W), Explosive Ordnance Disposal (W2), Information Systems & Technology Branch (W25) of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV. The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $158,322).
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as an analyst and advisor to management on the evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency with which Information Technology (IT) services and products are provided to the Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) community.
- →You will maintain a role in the execution of direct work; focusing on day-to-day project execution issues and mentoring personnel within the respective team in the branch.
- →You will work with branch resources in support of the development of needed project and/or branch deliverables.
- →You will provide day-to-day direction to team members and resolve performance, programmatic, and technical issues; assisting the Branch Manager in workload leveling.
- →You will review documentation and ensure quality control; provide input to Branch Manager personnel performance and actions, indirect budget needs, and training of personnel, and manage assigned tasks.
