You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the WARFIGHTER DEFENSE & SYSTEMS INTEGRATION DEPARTMENT, EOD INFORMATION MANAGEMENT DIVISION of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV. This is not a high-grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13, Step 10 (currently $158,322).
What You'll Do
- →You will assist the division program manager in the development and negotiation of cost proposals and tasking.
- →You will provide program/project oversight support to technical managers.
- →You will keep management apprised of project financial status and significant changes or issues.
- →You will conduct workload forecasting, technical capabilities, planning and long-term master planning.
- →You will establish short and long-term budget projections.
- →You will track metrics and make revisions as required.
- →You will participate in budget formulation and analysis, responsible for all Division funding execution, and tracking/reporting.
