About the Position: Serves as an Administrative Support Specialist within the directorate, aids the director, division chiefs, supervisors, and staff via extensive knowledge and understanding of the organization, its methods, funds, people, and other management tools.
What You'll Do
- →Provides technical advice and assistance on administrative support requirements to elements of the directorate.
- →Provides guidance based on experience.
- →Has understanding of the administrative field and comprehensive knowledge of directorate organization, mission, objectives, and functional operation.
- →Performs advisory services for the directorate management concerning application of regulations or need for directorate policy supplements.
- →Continuously evaluates the effectiveness of directorate administrative support procedures in conforming to governing regulations and directives.
- →Responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of the Directorate.
- →Manages and organizes leadership calendars based on knowledge of commitments and priorities to ensure coverage for command level meetings and at events.
