Click on "Learn more about this agency" button below to view Eligibilities being considered and other IMPORTANT information. The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as the primary office manager and workflow manager for the Commander, 359 Medical Wing.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as 359 Medical Wing workflow manager to include workload received through email, meetings, the Task Management Tool (TMT) and various other correspondence.
- →Reviews, analyzes, processes and coordinates all incoming and outgoing correspondence, reports, and other materials submitted for the Commander's review and signature.
- →Provides written communication using multiple office automation software with varied functions to produce a wide range of documents that often require complex formats such as graphics or tables, editing and reformatting electronic drafts and updating existing databases or spreadsheets.
- →Functions as the primary ATAAPS timekeeper.
- →Travel/TDY arrangements: Independently makes travel arrangements in Defense Travel System (DTS) based on general information and guidance from the Commander.
- →Performs other clerical and administrative work in support of the office/organization.
