About the Role
You will serve as a Administrative Support Assistant (Office Automation) with National Park Service.
What You'll Do
- →As an Administrative Support Assistant (OA), you will perform the following duties: Provides briefings on administrative topics.
- →Collects data for the unit's operating budget.
- →Provides information on travel allowances and requirements.
- →Prepares travel authorizations and vouchers using automated systems and software for travel and voucher preparation.
- →Advises on the procedures for the procurement of goods and services.
- →Reviews time and attendance reports for employees.
- →Maintains files and training certificates.
- →Responsible for the administrative oversight of various administrative processes, which may include processing financial, procurement, property, human resources, and other administrative forms or documents for the unit.
Requirements
- ✓Must be a U.S.
- ✓Citizen or National.
- ✓Appointment subject to background investigation and favorable adjudication.
- ✓Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service.
- ✓Direct Deposit participation required.
- ✓Successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check.
