About the Position: This position is located at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Manage all administrative support functions for the Medical Treatment Facility Director and executive staff of the Medical Facility.
- →Schedule and reschedule all of the Medical Treatment Facility Director's appointments.
- →Ensure that standard operating procedures support the mission objectives established by the Medical Treatment Facility Director.
- →Gather information, verify facts, summarize or extract data from reports, and arranges material in appropriate form to facilitate use.
- →Monitor, compile, and prepare recurring and special reports from records.
- →Receive visitors and telephone calls.
