About the Position: This position is located at the 75th Medical Group, Hill Air Force Base in Utah. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes.
What You'll Do
- →Use a variety of databases to gather information.
- →Responsible for updating data to include regularly scheduled appointments.
- →Monitor referral processing compliance and reviews patent access metrics for the team.
- →Monitor customer satisfaction and use information to make recommendations to improve access.
- →Receive records for daily patient visits.
- →Serve as a point of contact for the team for secure messaging issues and notifications.
- →Create and maintain files and minutes from a variety of organized meetings.
