About the Position: This position is located at 56th Medical Group, Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation.
What You'll Do
- →Assist the Group Practice Manager (GPM) with the development, implementation, and tracking of short-range and long-range goals.
- →Monitor the team's business plan performance through statistical analysis of workload, population demand, and team operations.
- →Use databases to pull standardized reports, analyze basic data, and provide recommendations and information to the team leader, GPM, and Executive Staff.
- →Analyze resource utilization, customer satisfaction, team synergy, and coding accuracy and timeliness.
- →Use a variety of process improvement, automation, and staff/space allocation techniques from guidelines to enhance services and team performance.
- →Work along with Military Treatment Facility (MTF) Patient Advocate to address patient concerns related to access to team's medical care.
- →Coordinate with the Referral Management Center to ensure patient specialty appointments are scheduled and results received by appropriate Primary Care Manager (PCM).
