This position is located at Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (DFMWR) Wheeler AAF, Hawaii (Island of Oahu). Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. What You'll Do
- →Accomplishes the clerical and administrative functions of the DFMWR HQ.
- →Develops and implements procedures pertaining to files and other administrative activities.
- →Initiates and tracks all Purchase Requests via Government Purchase Card Program.
- →Independently composes letters, memoranda, and responses to inquiries not of a technical nature.
- →Reviews technical correspondence for grammatical accuracy, punctuation format, etc., and to ensure suspense dates are met.
- →Reviews time and attendance cards and ensures that time and attendance is properly input for themselves. confirms schedule is inputted into the Epay.
- →Performs other duties as assigned
