The primary purpose of this position is to serve as an administrative focal point for the business center for arranging all travel and billeting of guest speakers, completing travel vouchers, creating orders, providing fund-cites, assisting with student in-processing, graduation, and registration, generate reports and retrieve data from registration database.
What You'll Do
- →Oversees, manages and coordinates the administrative activities and financial resources for the USAFSOS Business Center.
- →Responsible for the accomplishment of all general administrative functions and actions required involved in supporting the students, guest speakers and faculty.
- →Maintains, controls and reconciles accounting transactions and records for multiple accounts, to include examining, computing and/or processing financial documents.
- →Establishes, updates, and maintains office records of various types.
- →Reviews and processes incoming and outgoing correspondence, materials, publications, regulations, and directives.
- →Uses varied functions of multiple office automation software to produce a wide range of documents, formats, etc.
- →Prepares a wide variety of recurring and nonrecurring correspondence, reports, and other documents.
