What You'll Do
- →Provides administrative and clerical support for one or more activities.
- →Operates a personal computer (PC) and peripheral equipment to produce a variety of correspondences, and screens all incoming telephone calls, determining those which can be answered and those which must be referred.
- →Makes arrangements for meetings including space and time and notifies those who are to attend of the topics to be discussed.
- →Prepares detailed or summary reports for meetings.
- →Establishes and maintains subject matter files and records.
- →Arranges travel and transportation schedules as directed.
- →Responsible for typing complex statistical reports, budget spreadsheets, financial statements, directives from handwritten drafts or oral instructions in accordance with available guidelines and instructions by utilizing a personal computer.
- →Responsible for correct spelling, punctuation, and proofreading of typed materials.
- →Performs other related duties as assigned.
