This position serves as an Office Support Assistant for the Santa Fe Indian Health Center in Santa Fe, NM. The purpose of this position is to provide a broad range of administrative, clerical, and program support services in support of daily office operations. This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer of the Santa Fe Service Unit. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021).
What You'll Do
- →Provides administrative, clerical, and office support services to ensure efficient daily operations.
- →Prepares, reviews, and maintains correspondence, reports, records, and other office documents.
- →Coordinates schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and related administrative activities.
- →Assists with timekeeping, purchasing, inventory tracking, and maintenance of administrative records.
- →Serves as a point of contact for staff, patients, visitors, and partner organizations by responding to inquiries and providing customer service.
Requirements
