About the Position: The Ramstein Community Schools are part of the DoWEA Europe Central District. We have four schools to serve military connected students in Sure Start through grade 12. Salary is based on a Full-Time year round position. This positions is Part-Time/Seasonal, 60 hours per pay period.
What You'll Do
- →Review outgoing correspondence for accuracy.
- →Utilize automated systems to enter and retrieve data for records.
- →Coordinate payroll and personnel leave and/or attendance.
- →Serve as property custodian for records and inventory.
- →Utilize automated systems to verify supplies inventory.
- →Maintain office calendar and schedules appointments for staff.
- →Maintain time and attendance and leave records for staff.
- →Process timecards and personnel actions for all assigned staff.
