What You'll Do
- →Coordinates internal and external communications, including scheduling audiovisual work orders, answering and directing telephone calls, and providing information to customers via phone or in person.
- →Verifies credentials and confirms appointments with customers and guests.
- →Sorts and distributes incoming mail and packages, assists with outgoing mail and packages, and provides additional administrative support as needed.
- →Maintains overall appearances of the office and supply inventory.
- →Keeps track of office supplies and reorders when needed.
- →Performs administrative duties such as creating reports, updating website content and maintaining usage metrics.
- →Provides support to stakeholders in navigating audiovisual tools and systems by gathering and interpreting customer feedback and offering solutions based on established processes.
- →Improves end user experience by escalating issues, when needed.
- →Coordinates various administrative tasks related to the operations of the department.
- →Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree.
