The United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida's mission is to enforce and defend the laws of the United States of America through the prosecution of criminal cases brought by the Federal government; the prosecution and defense of civil cases in which the United States is a party; and the collection of debts owed to the Federal government that are administratively uncollectible.
What You'll Do
- →This Administrative Services Specialist provides advice and assistance to management and support staff on administrative policies, procedures, and requirements for the office.
- →If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for providing Administrative Services Specialist support in the U.S.
- →Attorney's Office, Southern District of Florida, located in Fort Pierce, Florida; West Palm Beach, Florida, focusing in the areas of administrative support and coordination; budget and finance; special projects.
- →Typical work assignments will include: Manage administrative services such as space management, property accountability, facilities support, and procurement of office supplies and services.
- →Coordinate internal offices and external service provide providers to ensure operational requirements are met.
- →Analyze telecommunication needs of district staff and research available technology.
- →Maintain and administer a variety of USAO budget and financial management activities.
Requirements
