The U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Oregon is seeking an Administrative Services Specialist position within our Administrative Division. This position is located in Portland, OR. What You'll Do
- →As an Administrative Services Specialist in the United States Attorney's Office (USAO), District of Oregon, you will perform the following duties: Make purchases within delegated monetary authority.
- →Track obligations and expenditures.
- →Analyze support services processes and procedures.
- →Provide support services in relation to space management, records, supplies and equipment, office security, internal controls, health and safety.
- →Administer a wide variety of administrative support activities, e.g., office moves, reorganizations, and communication system changes.
- →Project and analyze space needs based on proposed initiatives, staff changes, and technology improvements.
- →Coordinate USAO special events, such as, press conferences or community outreach activities.
- →Oversee building facility related projects.
- →Participate in property and equipment inventories.
- →Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
Requirements
- ✓All academic degrees and coursework must be completed at a college or university that has obtained accreditation or pre-accreditation status from an accrediting body recognized by the U.S.
- ✓Department of Education.
