The primary purpose of this ADMINISTRATIVE PROGRAM ASSISTANT NK-0303-02 position is to acquire and sustain war fighting capabilities through responsive and innovative business solutions with a well-trained and agile workforce, readily available tools and systems and flexible, complaint procedures and policies.
What You'll Do
- →Support and assist in the planning, organizing, and analysis of productivity programs and resources while ensuring compliance with regulations, laws, policies, and AFSC/PK directives.
- →Perform other work in support of the office automation.
- →Support planning and organizing activities of the organization, while assisting the directorate/division/SMEs in the management of program functions.
- →Depending on location, may serve as the organizational point of contact and liaison with the personnel flight on military and civilian personnel issues.
- →Act as one of the points of contact for all newly assigned personnel; supports orienting new personnel regarding the basic functions of the organization, introduces them to key personnel and may support coordinating their initial training/orientation requirements.
