Joining the Secret Service, Office of Field Operations, will allow you to provide administrative operational support using a variety of processes, methods and techniques that support protective and investigative activities. For definitions of terms found in this announcement, please click here.
What You'll Do
- →The selectee will serve as an Administrative Operations Specialist in the Office of Field Operations.
- →Typical work assignments include: Providing administrative support and implementation for financial/budget administration; training; inspections; recruitment; evidence, and inventory control; record management; and human resources management.
- →Utilizing a variety of automated systems, applications, and software tools sufficient to effectively manage the administration and implementation of administrative functions.
- →Reviewing incoming communication and preparing replies to general inquiries and routine actions; responding to administrative issues and inquiries and resolving a variety of conflicts regarding administrative processes.

Requirements
- ✓Citizenship is required.
- ✓Males born after 12/31/1959 must be registered for Selective Service If selected for this position, you will be required to: Obtain and maintain a Top Secret Tier 5 clearance.
