The Administrative Officer independently directs and manages the operations of complex administrative functions of the Anesthesia and Physical Medicine Service. He/she develops, coordinates, and analyzes/monitors all Anesthesia and Physical Medicine programs.
What You'll Do
- →This position performs the following duties as assigned: Acts as a liaison for the Service.
- →Participates in discussions and presentation during meetings with leadership and various interdisciplinary committees.
- →Develops, plans, coordinates, issues, and implements administration procedures and operational processes.
- →Serves as the principal advisor to management and staff on administrative management programs and operational matters affecting the Service.
- →Compiles information, prepares administrative reports, executive briefing, etc.
- →Serves as the primary liaison for the service regarding all human resources, workforce management, personnel administration, and organizational support activities for the Service.
- →Other duties as assigned.
- →Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00a.m. - 4:30p.m.
- →Telework: This position may be authorized for Adhoc Telework.
- →Adhoc Telework eligibility will be discussed during the interview process.
