About the Role
You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER in the COMMANDER AFLOAT TRAINING GROUP MAYPORT, ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT of COMAFLOTRAGU MAYPORT.
What You'll Do
- →You will direct, coordinate, and monitor administrative functions for the day-to-day and long range planning necessary to provide responsive support to the command staff.
- →You will be responsible for the writing and/or submission of fitness reports, enlisted performance evaluations, and civilian performance reviews for directorate staff personnel.
- →You will serve as the ATGM Tasker Administrator and SME by receiving, verifying, staffing, and tracking all command, ATGLANT and CNSL taskers.
- →You will be responsible for Officer and Enlisted personnel planning and manpower, provide personnel advice to senior leadership, manage command administration functions, and interact with external organizations and agencies.
- →You will interact daily in the review process for individual unit readiness to ensure ATGM is manned to meet mission, by overseeing the identification of manning shortfalls and assignment of trained personnel.
- →You will use qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to develop trend analysis and projections, to identify, analyze, evaluate and recommend changes to ATGM awards policy reflective of trends.
- →You will serve as the command advisor and provide assistance to ATGM staff and personnel, to properly and timely process award recommendations.
