About the Role
Joining the Secret Service, Office of Human Resources will allow you to provide administrative support and program coordination to assist with the work efforts of first and second level supervisors and operational employees. For definitions of terms found in this announcement, please click here.
What You'll Do
- →The selectee will serve as a Administrative Officer in the Office of Human Resources.
- →Typical work assignments include: Serving as a key liaison to organizational leadership with respect to ensuring adherence to administrative policies, procedures, and responsibilities related to supporting organizational employees and managers.
- →Administrative activities include but are not limited to employee time and attendance; property management; employee and manager training; purchase cards; and other administrative responsibilities.
- →Executing purchases against organizational budget purchase card to procure routine financial transactions such as office supplies; employee external training; or other approved resource for the use and consumption of employees within the organization.
- →Tracking and providing a record of organizational financial transactions; funds used/available; and serving as the principal responder to audits of organizational financial transactions.
- →Providing courteous, detailed, and timely responses to all administrative matters and inquiries asked of the organization.
- →Ensuring that requestors of information are directed to appropriate personnel or subject matter expert that can field a response.

Requirements
- ✓Citizenship is required.
- ✓Males born after 12/31/1959 must be registered for Selective Service.
- ✓If selected for this position, you will be required to: Obtain and maintain a Top Secret Tier 5 clearance.
