What You'll Do
- →As a Administrative Officer at the GS-0341-12 some of your typical work assignments may include: Administrative Services Management: Plans and executes the utilization of office space and manages administrative resources, including property, records, and forms, to support organizational needs.
- →Program and Process Improvement: Develops and analyzes workflow diagrams to identify areas for process improvement within the government purchase card program and other administrative functions, providing recommendations to leadership.
- →Policy and Procedure Development: Develops, coordinates, and implements internal purchasing policies, new local procedures for the government purchase card program, and corrective measures based on trend analysis.
- →Budget and Financial Oversight: Develops and manages annual budget estimates for government purchases, shipping and travel maintains expenditure records to prevent over-obligation.
Requirements
- ✓Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
