About the Role
The position is in a state or area USDA/Rural Development office. The incumbent provides expert advice and recommendations for actions on highly sensitive and broadly impacting issues that are not confined to a particular program or administrative area.
What You'll Do
- →Provides advice and assistance on the allocation of staffing resources and position management structures in terms of type and level of positions needed to accomplish the mission.
- →Ensures the contractor complies with the contract and thus satisfies the federal government’s needs.
- →Assist supervisor with EEO and affirmative actions within the work environment.
- →Coordinates, reviews, and monitors replies to written and verbal inquiries and independently initiates courses of action to resolve especially sensitive problems or those impacting beyond a single specialized program.
Requirements
- ✓You must be a US Citizen or US National.
- ✓Males born after 12/31/1959 must be Selective Service registered or exempt.
- ✓Subject to satisfactory adjudication of background investigation and/or fingerprint check.
