You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Executive Support (1100), Administrative Officer, Personnel Support Systems Branch (1102.7) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.
What You'll Do
- →You will advise, prepare and process all awards for NNSY.
- →You will develop plans, organize and conduct program surveys, audit, project, etc. and provide advisory services to management officials regarding awards programs in a large activity.
- →You will collect; review, evaluate and interpret data; develop measurement criteria, procedures, and instruments to meet the needs of assigned study.
- →You will prepare programmatic reports, justifications, charts, graphs, statistical and narrative data, project papers, etc., and present findings and options.
- →You will attend meetings with managers and supervisors to help formulate improvement plans and strategies.
- →You will publicize the Shipyard Incentive Awards Programs and evaluate trends in programs and take action to respond to those trends.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: 1 full year of graduate level education or superior academic achievement A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
