This position is located at Departmental Offices, Terrorism and Financial Intelligence - Terrorist Financing. As an Administrative Management Specialist, you will plan, develop, implement, manage and evaluate the functions and day-to-day activities of the Office's administrative services programs, requiring access to classified information up to the top-secret level.
What You'll Do
- →The following are the duties of this position at the GS-13.
- →If you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform all these duties, and will receive training to help you grow in this position.
- →Decide which actions are necessary for each functional responsibility and determine the priority related to other tasks.
- →Serve as the office point of contact for the receipt, assignment, and tracking of correspondence received into the office.
- →Determine the needs of the Office and take a lead in the procurement process for supplies and office equipment.
- →As required and necessary, may prepare appropriate and adequate briefing materials for hearings and speaking engagements.
- →Assist other senior level officials in the coordination of schedules and assembly of materials; participate in logistical support of functions.

- ✓Complete a Declaration for Federal Employment to determine your suitability for Federal employment, at the time requested by the agency.
- ✓Have your salary sent to a financial institution of your choice by Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer.
