What You'll Do
- →You will be responsible for the daily operations and procedures of the Family Housing Department and makes decisions on administrative matters in the absence of the Director.
- →You will contact, interact, and coordinate with division heads and other senior personnel outside the department on routine and complex matters.
- →You will prepare all personnel actions for the Family Housing Department and be responsible for ensuring actions are completed properly and in a timely manner.
- →You will prepare and submit the entire departments timesheets, utilizing the Standard Labor Data Collection and Distribution Application (SLDCADA).
- →You will be responsible for planning and coordinating arrangements for the participation of base tours, briefings, and ceremonies for high-level officials including general and flag officers, congressional staff members and other visiting VIPs.
- →You will serve as the department's Approving Official/Certifying Officer for the Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) program
