About the Role
This Accountant position is in the Finance service located at the Bedford VA Health Care System. The incumbent is under the direct supervision of the Supervisory Financial Management Specialist. This position is full-time at 40 hours per week.

- →The purpose of this position is to perform the full range of professional accounting work requiring the application of sound accounting principles, theories, concepts and practices.
- →Promotion Potential: The selectee may be promoted to the full performance level without further competition when all regulatory, qualification, and performance requirements are met.
- →Selection at a lower grade level does not guarantee promotion to the full performance level.
- →Work Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday;7:30pm-4:00 pm.
- →Telework: This position may be authorized for telework.
