Same checklist, same standards, same Si reliability — without the running internal audit. ISTJ-As are the colleague who quietly executes and doesn't ask for reassurance. The risk: rare cases where a second check would have caught a real problem slip through. The work is building external review into the system — peer audits, scheduled re-reads — so the second pass happens without needing personal anxiety to drive it.
