The Assertive Architect commits to a plan and trusts it. The Ni-Te machinery still runs at full strength — strategy, long-horizon thinking, ruthless prioritisation — but without the running self-critique. Decisions get finalised and stay finalised unless new evidence forces a reopen. INTJ-As sleep well after hard calls, hold steady under criticism, and rarely seek external validation. The risk: the same low self-doubt can shade into intellectual complacency. Most growth comes from deliberately keeping a trusted critic close.
