The Turbulent Executive makes the same call and re-runs it at 10pm. The Te judgement is still decisive but the internal audit is loud — did I have the right inputs, did I weigh the costs fairly, did I escalate too fast. Many of the most accountable ESTJs in management, public service, and small business are -T. The risk: a Te-loop that re-litigates closed decisions long after they should be settled, and a private worry the team doesn't see costing real sleep. Learning to call a decision done is the work.
