The Assertive Executive makes the call and doesn't re-run it at 10pm. The Te-Si machinery still drives execution, sets standards, and holds people to outcomes — but the post-decision audit is quieter. ESTJ-As lead with steadiness that doesn't require reassurance, and can fire, reorganise, or restructure without the meeting playing back on the drive home. The risk: missing the rare case where the room had information they didn't ask for. The work is building structured dissent into the team — not as a worry function, but as a process function.
